Jayne Cross (food stylist, author and tutor at internationally renowned Leith’s School of Food and Wine) for an all-inclusive 4 night workshop focused on food and travel photography hosted in a luxurious house in southern Portugal, Casa Fuzetta known for it’s welcoming and creative ambience

Oivind Haug:

Oivind lives in Norway and shoots people, places and food. He works for commercial advertising clients and frequently travels to faraway and exotic destinations to shoot for publications like Conde Nast Traveller (UK, Spain, India), House & Garden (UK), Travel & Leisure (US), Elle (UK, Sweden) Vogue (Netherlands) and the NY Times. His style is simple, natural and Scandinavian.

Caroline Metcalfe:

Director of Photography.


For 16 years the DOP at Conde Nast Traveller UK magazine, Caroline developed the magazine’s celebrated style and award winning photography. Her career includes working for the Financial Times, Independent, Telegraph and Observer magazines. Caroline is currently director of CMC consulting working on a number of editorial and commercial projects, commissioning photography, editing, researching and conceptualising photography, she acts as photographic producer for a number of luxury brands. She mentors photographers, runs workshops and reviews portfolios and is a regular judge of International photography competitions

Jayne Cross:

Food Stylist, author and tutor.

Jayne has worked as a food stylist for more than 20 years so comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Author of several books, Jayne teaches food styling at the internationally renowned and critically acclaimed Leith’s school of Food and Wine, London and serves on the committee of the Guild of Food Writers UK.
