By using the Photofeast .org website, you agree to these terms, as stated below.
It is compulsory that you read and accept all the conditions that are outlined. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you are agreeing that the terms of the Agreement are relevant and apply every time that you participate in all retreats and/or events associated with or run by Photofeast.org
In order to reserve a place on a Photofeast retreat, a non- refundable non-transferable deposit is required, of which the amount is outlined at point of booking.
Full Balance Payments: The remaining balance is refundable up until 10 weeks prior to the retreat start date. After this, the balance is non-refundable.
Prices outlined are based per person and do not include flights or transfers, unless otherwise stated.
Any bank fees incurred through transferring or payment of funds are the responsibility of the guest. It is also the responsibility of the guest, if paying via a currency that is not GBP, that the correct amount is transferred taking into account any exchange rates and transfer fees.
Guests are required to obtain adequate travel insurance to cover all activities types listed on the chosen retreat. We recommend contacting us should you be unsure of which activities will be included. It is the full responsibility of the guest to ensure the correct level of cover is obtained. It is the responsibility of the guest to have adequate travel and health insurance to cover any activity outlined on the event schedule. Photofeast.org and any associated parties, or hosts take no responsibility for injury during or after the retreat or event.
Please note, even if you have private health insurance, it is unlikely that this insurance will cover overseas trips such as the escapes and events offered. It is the guests responsibility to organise suitable travel and health insurance. Although we strongly encourage you to do so, by attending a workshop you acknowledge that Photofeast.org and all associated parties, is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if you fail to arrange suitable insurance coverage which may leave you exposed medically, financially or otherwise.
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled workshop including postponing or rescheduling. “You” refers to the guest names on the booking. “We” refers to Photofeast.org It is the responsibility of the guest to read and understand our payment and cancellation policies prior to making a reservation.
Guest Cancellation Policy

No spaces on Photofeast.org are able to be transferred to another individual or retreat without prior consultation and agreement of Photofeast.org
All cancellations are to be provided in writing via email.
Photofeast Cancellation Policy
If Photofeast.org must cancel or change a scheduled retreat for any reason, the guest will be entitled to transfer the payment to another workshop(either scheduled or future dated). Alternatively, you may request a refund of your payment, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible within 8 weeks of the notification of cancellation by Photofeast.org
Photofeast.org is not responsible for guests expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat such as other accommodation, airline tickets/flights, transfers or airport travel, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Passports, Visas and Documents
It is the responsibility of each guest to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with a Photofeast.org workshop. We also recommend all guest to have at least 6 month remaining on their passport prior to travel.
Photofeast.org holds no responsibility for the actions of any associated third parties, independent contractors, activity organisers, agents or airlines, should they modify the nature of a service on as compared with the advertised nature of the service.
It is the responsibility of the guests to be respectful of accommodation and venues, ensuring rooms are left clean, in the state they were initially found, with no damage caused to the venue or its contents. If damage is caused to the venue, or its contents it is the responsibility of the guest responsible to cover all associated costs with the damages incurred. Guests are expected to act in a responsible manner, that is respectful towards other guests, the hosts and venue.
By accepting these terms and conditions the attendee accepts all responsibility for personal injuries during the retreat/event or following the event/retreat. It is the responsibility of the individual to know their abilities with regards to their fitness levels and participation in all workshops and to be aware of the safety of their actions, for both themselves and others.
Where any form of transport is provided for an event or retreat, guests take full responsibility for their own safety. Photofeast.org their employees and all associated parties or drivers are not responsible for the safety of individual passengers, passengers take full liability when boarding the transport. In the event of food poisoning, Photofeast.org and all associated parties and co-organisers are not liable.
By participating in any activities included within a workshop, day trips, cookery workshops, boat trips, talks and tastings, guests do so at their own risk and take full responsibility for their own safety and health. Photofeast.org, employees, co-hosts and all associated parties take no responsibility for any injury incurred either during or after the activity in question.
You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the workshop organisers, related entities, our affiliates, employees, and co-hosts and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Photofeast.org and all associated parties, arising from any loss or damage to person or property that may occur, prior to, during or after the retreat or event.
This is inclusive and not limited to:
1. Any damages or injuries that you incur, whether they be direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.
2. Any loss of funds or profits, whether direct or indirect, that you incur.
3. Any claim, damage or loss that you incur as caused any transaction that you make on the site.
The limitations on our liability as shown above shall apply whether or not we and all of our related entities as aforementioned have been advised of the risk of such losses.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby grant Photofeast.org the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which you feature that are taken during the course of the workshop to use / republish / copyright,etc. for commercial use in association with the Photofeast.org brand.
All guests and or attendees discharge Photofeast and all associated parties from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, obtained during an event or retreat, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Acceptance of Terms
